I like how easy it to use

From their Terms Of Service CartSmart is open to residents of Canada and the United States. During registration, You must declare your country of residence by entering your postal code or zip code. Your account credits will be assigned in United States Dollars (USD) or Canadian Dollars (CAD) based on Your country of residence and the location of the store from which the receipt was obtained (purchases were made). Receipts from stores outside Your country of residence are not valid. Your redemption requests will be paid in the currency of Your country of residence (CAD or USD). Credit redemption cheques will only be mailed to Your personal address, within Your declared country of residence. Paypal redemption requests to accounts outside of your country of residence will be refused. Dont let others lead you astray by saying its for Canadian users only.

Im sort of in the middle with my rating. I really like the idea of having a quick and easy payout but there isnt very many offers at all. Would give it 5 stars if they had more offers with items like milk, bread, fruit, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. Would like for it to say any brand or a popular brand on the above items, not a specific brand that Ive never even heard of.

Not enough offers. Redeems receipts quickly via PayPal which is nice. There isnt enough groceries items

Downloaded this app with high hopes. There were five- yes, five- offers. On the most random things, none of which would be on a regular shopping list. Back to Ibotta!

I registered using Facebook, but it will not allow me to log in this way or create a password to log in with

Suddenly the app wont let me log in. Plus Im unable to find how to contact them. I have built up a few dollars, not much, but enjoyed using this app. Too bad they didnt work out.

I like the app its easy to use so far so good! Not a lot of offers but probably with more users that will increase, just have patience. As of 11/29/15 wanted to update my rating if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! No they dont have a ton of offers however customer service is amazing! I was having problems logging in and they trouble shooted me through it and sent me several emails to check on my status with it also recently they missed an offer on a receipt I submitted they quickly fixed it when I contacted them and gave me double the offer amount for the trouble!

Really bummed that you moved to ios 8+ The app doesnt pay out enough for me to bother messing with my 4s. In 2 years I only made $2. When I ever upgrade to a new phone, Ill take another look if I have space.

After the latest update I cant log in and trying to retrieve my password takes me to a page with a lot of computer talk on it. I have a balance in my account also. Please fix this soon.

I loved this app before the latest update, now I cant even open the app it shuts down when I go to open it! please fix it

App keeps crashing as soon as I open it. Deleted and downloaded it again now it keeps signing me out. Please fix the update

I used to like this app,but I havent been able to open it since the last update in December. Looking at other reviews, Im not the only one experiencing issues. Im frustrated that there has been no response from the makers of this app weeks later.

I like the app but you need to offer better offers. Change the offers more often, offer better items.

I am going to cancel my account as the products you offer are not things that I use. You really should try to expand your offers and make them more universal for families.

This app does not offer very many rebates and its features do not work. I "cut" coupons and make shopping "lists" only to have all of my work deleted every time I leave the app. VERY FRUSTRATING

I like the concept of this app. And keep it around hoping you guys get better products. Id rather use Ibotta, MobiSave and Checkout51. I have never used anything from here yet. Get better products!
